Ms Patricia Gerardine Tomnob Merilo

Patricia, 28 years old, was born d/Deaf and advocates accessibility as a shared responsibility. Through Redeafination, she became a dancer, choreographer, and d/Deaf interpreter, leading performances at major events. As Digital Accessibility Lead at Equal Dreams, she advances inclusion and co-developed the d/Deaf Empowerment Programme.
