Mr Toh Wei Soong

Wei Soong, 27 years old, was diagnosed with transverse myelitis at two. He began swimming at six and joined Team Singapore at 15. A decorated para-swimmer, he has won medals at the Commonwealth, Asian and ASEAN Para Games from 2013 to 2023. He is Vice-Chairperson of the Singapore Para Athletes Commission.

Wei Soong was nominated by the Singapore Disability Sports Council and SPD.
