Mr Tan Wei Qiang Jovin

Jovin, 39 years old, was born with cerebral palsy. He empowers persons with disabilities through sports. Singapore’s first certified sailing coach, he mentors parasailers and promotes inclusive boating licenses. A gold medallist at the 2014 Asian and 2015 ASEAN Para Games, he now competes in Boccia.

Jovin was nominated by Changi Sailing Club and ChapmanCG.
