Luo Mang, 21 years old, was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. She is a dedicated performing artist who, at the age of 15, gave her first solo dance performance at the opening of the 8^th ASEAN Para Games in Singapore.

She is nominated by Autism Association (Singapore).
