Claire, 23 years old, is a visually impaired artist, educator, and community arts worker, who was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at the age of four. She was also the first visually impaired person to graduate with a Diploma in Performance from LASALLE College of the Arts.

She is nominated by ART:DIS Singapore.
